The lot size at 3311 Tulalip � H <br /> ia 4,450 equare feet, and although the zoning code in 1942 did aliow duplexes as � Z <br /> conditional uses, they had to be on at least a 4�800 square foot lot. The zoning �y <br /> code was ehanged in 1956 and since then has not allowed duplexes at all in A-1 � y <br /> zones, so in order to eorrect this Zoning Code violation we offer the folloWing � <br /> alternatives. � <br /> 1.
