The law creating these substandard lots has been changed by the City Council' s action on mer.ger. However, these lots can be developed as requested. It is suggested to the Applicant in developing the:;e lots to use all care and precaution to preserve the integrity of this neighbor- hood. The concerns of the Appellant� are valid. They should be given utmost consideration when developing the lots. Care should be taken to preserve the quality of the neighborhood. It is final unless the following procedure is followed: 1. Any party aggrieved by the Everett Hearing Examiner' s deci- sion may file a written request with the Examiner for recon- sideration within ten (10) working days of the date of ihe Examiner' s decision. The request shall explicitly set forth alleged errors of procedure or fact. 'Phe Examiner shall act within ten (10) working days after the date of the filing of the request for reconsideration by either denying the re- quest, issuing a revised decision or calling f�r an addi- tional public hearing. If an additional hearing is called for, notice of set hearing shall be mailed to all parties of record not less than five (5) working days prior to the hearing date. The final date for requesting reconsideration is May 12, 1989. 2 . Within ten (10) working days after the Hearing Examiner' s action on the request for reconsideration, the aggrieved partp files a written appeal with the City Clerk' s office. If appealed properly, the matter will be submitted to the Everett City Council for further consideration.
