I was advised during that meeting tha�Y. you issued a <br /> u�:rmit to i+ork on the se�rer line to Roger Clark, who lives at <br /> 3410 Tulalip Ave. , Everett, Wash. . We also discovered that Roger ' <br /> Clark has covered the sewer line without an inspection and has <br /> i�� yet Lo obLain his final permit sign-off. <br /> � <br /> I met on the site yesterday with Royer Clark. IIe told me that he <br /> � disconnected my sewer line at 34th St. , and connectefl his near <br /> I1"'� line . It is my belief that if the proper inspection would have � <br /> ��� occurred this never would have happened. <br /> . I hereby request that the City of Everett require ifr. Clark to ', <br /> uncover his linr_ from his home to 34th St. , so that it may be <br /> I �•.� inspected as is reyuired by your C:ty code.
