Mr_ Baldwin has not experience3 any actual damages because of the failure o£ his el�ctrical system. 2. The previous owner has stated that he�did not have any problems �ith the system. 3. Mr.. Dougherty is correct in his cor.clusion that a dangerous condition could exist if the circuits were overfused, however, it .is felt that the proper fusing is the responsibility of . the homeowner and not a fault of the system. � �1. Both Mr. Callahn's and Mr. Erickson's inspection inicated that -there were no apparent hazardous conditions concerning the �e].ectrical system and it appeared that it was being used in a -sa£e manner. Although the system is obviously outdated by 'todays standard it has been maintained to a reasonable degree over the years. As this condition is common in homes this old, I find nothing unusual .ar amiss in Mr. Callahan's inspection of the property. • I . ' �
