Findin : Other City Departments had no comments on this Variance <br /> request. The Furrer residence at 5148 Sound Ave., located on a hill <br /> southeasL of Lhe sub�ect property, is the only residence uhich might <br /> be impaeted by this Jariance. The applicant contacted Mr. and Mrs. <br /> Furrer (see attached letter) and walked the building site With Mr. <br /> Furrer on April 23, 1987• From the Furrer home they observed, vith <br /> the aid oC a 35 foot tape and balloon, the approximate height and <br /> location that the proposed structure would attain. Mr. Furrer <br /> notified the Planning Dept. by telephotie on April 24, 1987� that he <br /> has no ob�ection to this Varianee. <br /> Conclusion: This Variance would not be detrimental to the public <br /> Welf'are or inJurious to other property in the vicinity or zone. <br /> 4. That the granting of such variance will not adversely affect the <br /> Comprehensive General Plan. <br /> FindlnB: The Comprehensive Plan desi�ates this area as Single <br /> ; Family 8esidential. <br /> Conclusion: The requested Varianca does not confliet with the <br /> ; policf.es of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> i NOW, THEAEFOAE, Lhe Board of Ad�ustment of the City of Everett does <br /> j hereby order that the variance Lo allox a 35-foot height limitatlon instead <br /> I of a 25-foot limitation be GRANTED and farther require the applicant to meet <br /> the following conditions. <br /> i <br /> 1.
