The report <br /> will be reviewed by City staff in Planning, Parks and Public Works. <br /> Restoration shall commence within 10 days of the approval of the report, and <br /> be completed within 30 days of the commencement of work in order to ensure <br /> the survival of the plantings. <br /> It may be necessary to take more immediate action if the slope becomes <br /> hazardous. <br /> Failure to meet the above noted deadlines will result in criminal <br /> proceedings and/or other civil remedies as prescribed by law. <br /> The protection of environmentally sensitive areas is of great concern to the <br /> City of Everett. We ask for your cooperation and offer to assist you or <br /> your legal representative in resolving these violations.
