On Marc1� 11, 1999, we received a phone call indicating we would be ceceiving a <br /> written request for eactension of the permit. Although we have noc received the written <br /> request, we are granting a 180 day extension for[he above refcrenced permiu. These permiu <br /> will remain valid until September 11, 1999 and will not be renewable again. If work is begun <br /> within thac time period,the permiu may be mainrained in an active stacus by requesting <br /> inspeccion at leazt once each 180 days to document progress. If�vork ceases for more than 180 <br /> days,the permiu will expire; the Uniform Building Code stipulates that no permit shall be <br /> extended more than once.
