According to Snohomish County Assessor's records the above <br /> structures were constructed prior to December 1, 1956. <br /> The single-family residence fails to meet the required five-foot (5') interior side setback <br /> from the northern property line, as well as the required twenty-foot (20') front setback <br /> from the eastern property line. <br /> The garage fails to meet the required five-foot interior setback from both the north and <br /> south property lines. The garage also exceeds the fifty percent rear yard coverage <br /> provision as established in Section 7.020.D. <br /> Decision: I hereby find that the use and setbacks for the above structure(s) are <br /> recognized as legal non-conforming and meet the City of Everett Zoning Code in effect <br /> at the time of construction. This certification is subject to revocation if it is found that the <br /> information upon which this decision was based is erroneous.
