The proposed expansion involves construction of a 1500 square foot garage <br /> and storage facility. <br /> 2. Ingress and egress to the site will be via Upper Ridge Road. • <br /> 3. Ten feet of additional right-of-way along the property frontage shall <br /> be daeded to the City. <br /> ,4.
