The agreement authorizing this is called a Ldtecomer Agreement. A Latecomer Agreement is being proposed for the abo��e-described improvements. It has been determined that you are the owner of property that benefits from the construction of the improvements (please see attached benefit area map and legal descr.ptions). Your property's pro-rata share of the cost of constructing the new sewer will be$3498.00. This sum is collected at the time a permit is issued for your properly to connect to the sewer. This matter may be heard by the Everett City Council in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 3002 Wetmore(located on the southwest comer of Wall Street and Wetmore Avenue in the City of Everett) if any property owuer within the benefit area requests a heazing in writing within twenty days of the mailing of this notice.
