We have the followinq comments: <br /> 1. The legal description provided in item 9 of the application is <br /> not accurate. We believe the tax account number for the parcel <br /> is 3935-000-022-02, and the leqal description is Beverly Home <br /> Sites - Division No. 1, Block 0, Division 02 oF Lot 22• Attached <br /> is a parcel map hiqhliqhting the parcel that we believe is the <br /> subject site. our remaining comments are based on this being <br /> the site of the proposed tree cutting. <br /> 2. The site slopes steeply down ta the west. This slope may be <br /> associated with Merrill and Ring Creek. <br /> Section 37 of the City's Zoning Code regulates "development" on <br /> environmentally sensitive sites. The definition of "development" <br /> includes removal of vegetation.
