Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Provide Lateral analysis prepared by a Licensed WA State Structural Engineer. All <br /> braced wall lines and all braced wall panels shall be clearly marked on the plans. <br /> 2. Footings supporting an 8 inch wall shall be minimum 8 inches thick and 16 inches wide. <br /> 3. Anchor bolts shall be spaced at 48" O.C., 7 inch minimum embedment, minimum 2 <br /> each piece and within 12 inches of each end of each piece. All anchor bolts in braced <br /> wall lines shall have a plate washer 3"x 3"x 1/4' and properly sized nut. Show <br /> requirement on plans <br /> 4. Provide larger scale drawing of the cross section of the proposed handrail.
