See the <br /> enclosed Inspection Activity Report(s). Sections 105.5 and R105.5 of the International Building Code <br /> and International Residential Code state that permits become invalid if the work is not commenced or <br /> is suspended or abandoned for more than 180 days. Work under your permits will no longer be <br /> authorized unless you: <br /> 1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since your last <br /> inspection, or <br /> 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br /> 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br /> It is your responsibility to ensure that permitted work is properly and safely completed, and that all <br /> required inspections are performed. Please contact us by May 4, 2016 to schedule inspections <br /> or request extension. After that time the file will be sent to microfilm without final approval. <br /> Please note that we will not be sending repeated letters if after further inspections the permit once <br /> again reaches expiration.
