If a part of any legal lot is within the urban center or is within the residential targeted <br /> area,then the entire lot shall be deemed to lie within such area <br /> Section 9. Section 16 of Ordinance No. 2347-98 (EMC 3.78.160),which reads as follows: <br /> Terminationof provisions. As of January 1, 2008,no applications shall be accepted for the tax <br /> exemption provided for under the provisions of this chapter. This chapter shall apply only to <br /> those properties whose owners have applications fully completed in accordance with this chapter <br /> on file before January 1, 2008. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Termination of provisions. As of January 1, 2018, no applications shall be accepted for the tax <br /> exemption provided for under the provisions of this chapter. This chapter shall apply only to <br /> those properties whose owners have applications fully completed in accordance with this chapter <br /> on file before January 1, 2018. <br /> Section 10. Severability. Should any section,paragraph, clause or phrase of this Ordinance, <br /> or its application to any person or circumstance,be declared unconstitutional or otherwise invalid <br /> for any reason, or should any portion of this Ordinance be pre-empted by state or federal law or <br /> 10 <br /> 15 <br />
