Following a review of the RFQ's by the Selection Committee the firms of <br /> CNJA Architects, Dykeman,Bassetti Architects, and Group Mackenzie were interviewed on February <br /> 23`d and February 26th. The firm of CNJA was selected as the best qualified consultant to successfully <br /> complete the project by the Selection Committee. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to negotiate and sign a <br /> contract with CNJA Architects for the design of the Everett Animal Shelter <br /> 19 <br />
