The WPCF outfall pipe penetrates the dike and discharges to the Snohomish River. <br /> Improvements to the dikes include the placement of fill on the levee embankment to meet the Army Corp of <br /> Engineers standards. A sheet pile and precast concrete outfall protection structure has been designed for the <br /> WPCF outfall to protect the 48-inch concrete pipe from the additional fill. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize a Call for Construction Bids for the Water Pollution Control Facility North Outfall Protection <br /> Structure. <br />
