The City reserved the right to supplement the original agreement to authorize the <br /> Consultant to provide additional planning services to account for expected shortfalls in the available data and <br /> to address the impact of climate change on the City's water supply and demand. This Supplemental <br /> Agreement No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with HDR, Inc., amends the original scope of work <br /> by adding Exhibit A-1 (Scope of Work) and Exhibit B-1,which includes compensation for the additional <br /> planning services as requested by the city.
