VOL/C wows
December 4, 1997
Steve Konicki
1712 Virginia Ave.
Everett, WA 98201
RE: EXPIRING PERMITS
Job Address: 1712 Virginia Ave.
Permits: C53065 (Building, Plumbing & Mechanical for fire damage repair)
M53688 (Mechanical)
According to our records there has been no request for inspection in the last 18C days.
Although the Plumbing work on permit C53065 has been given final approval, Building and
Mechanical still remain to be approved, as well as the work done under permit b153688. The
Uniform Building Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized
by the permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of
180 days. If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation of
completion, you may:
1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress,
or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed,
or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension.
Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records
Department for microfilming without final approval. If you believe our records are in error
or if you have questions, please call us at (425) 257.8810.
Sincerely,
Margar2etcLeod
Building Division
CC: Bridgeway Construction
3826 Woodland Park Ave. N
Seattle, WA 98103
Northwest Water Heater
3110 Hill Ave.
Everett, WA 98201
CITY OF EVERETT 9 3200 Cedar Street • Everett.
