The granting of this variance will not ad- versely affect the Comprehensive General Plan. t'OW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett does hereby order tnat the variance be GRANTED as requested with the following conditions: 1. The site must be developed in a manner consistent with the site plan presented at the public hearing with two addi- *..�.onal parking spaces to be constructed on the site by June 1, 1989. 2. A change to any other use than the Children's Attic, a re- tail store for second hand children's clothing will require review by the Planninq Department to determine if an t�xpan- sion or Continuation of Nonconforming Use Permit is required.
