According to Snohomish County Assessor's Records and field <br />observation, it appears that the above structures were constructed prior to December 1, <br />1956. <br />The garage fails to meet the required 5-foot (5') interior side setback from both the north <br />and south property lines. In addition the garage exceeds the 50% rear yard coverage <br />maximum. The residence fails to meet the 5-foot (5') interior side setback from the <br />north property line, as well as the twenty foot (20') front setback from the west property <br />line. <br />Refer to the attached site plan, provided by the property ow�er, for information r�sgarding <br />specific building setbacks, building height, and building dimensions. <br />Decision: I hereby find that the use and setbacks for the above structure(s) are <br />recognized as legal non-conforming and meet the City of Everett Zoning Code in effect <br />at the time of construction.
