Large <br />% Welfare Service , S.D.A. <br />2809 Grand <br />Prerett, Washington <br />Re: Residential heat-2019 Virginia. <br />Dear Mrs. Large: <br />A survey of this residence to determine if present equipment wn3 adequate <br />to provide proper heat for h:umn habitation was made on November 30th,1960. <br />It is my opinion that the present egApment which consists of two oil burn- <br />ing space heaters - one of approximately L02000 BTU cipa-ity and one of <br />approximately 20pO10 fl:U capacity, is adequate to properly heat the lower <br />floor. <br />I would recommend that a small heater of approximately 30,000 BTU capacity, <br />with fan, and preferably natural gas, be installed on the upper floor. <br />With the hone, the above may be of some value to ,you, I am <br />Sincerely, <br />-OP/a F.O.
