May 4, 1979 <br />the Evergreen <br />CITY Or <br />Mr. Earl Williams everett <br />1929 Virginia <br />CITY NULL i]Y`B )1] <br />Everett, WA 98201 EVERETT, W�.Hlnm Ton <br />....I <br />Dear Mr. Williams: iNSPKCTiow oLT.nrwv,T <br />On March 22, 1979 a letter was sent to you in regards to <br />the debris located at 2019 Virginia. <br />On March 27, 1979 I received a phone call from Mrs. Williams <br />at which time she stated the debris would be cleared within <br />a couple of days. <br />An inspection of the property on May, 3 1979 revealed that <br />the debris is still there. <br />If this situation continues we will be forced to use City <br />Funds for clearing the debris from the property and proceed <br />to file a lien against the property for recovery of said <br />funds. <br />Please contact this office within ten (10) days of the action <br />you plan to take in regards to this matter. <br />Yours truly, <br />Ma ian G.
