Although some work was done and approved under pennit 80508-141, there are still outstanding items. The International Building Code and the International Residential Code state that all pcnnits expire if the work authorized by the pcnnits is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the work is commenced. Please: 1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since your last inspection, or 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. Please respond within 10 days. After that time your permit file will be sent to our Records Department for microfilming without documentation of final approval. These records are available to prospective buyers and lending institutions. if you wish to resume work in the future, a new pennit must be obtained.
