Plcasc sec <br />the enclosed inspection activity report. Corrections of the deficiencies noted in the June 17, <br />2005 inspection do need to be documented. Although some work was done and approved under <br />pennit 80508-141, there are still outstanding items. The International Building Code and the <br />International Residential Code state that all pcnnits expire if the work authorized by the pcnnits <br />is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the work is commenced. Please: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time your permit file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without documentation of final approval. These records are <br />available to prospective buyers and lending institutions. if you wish to resume work in the <br />future, a new pennit must be obtained.
