These comments address building issues only, additional revisions or additions <br />may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All <br />references refer to the 1997 Unifortn Building Code, as amended by the State of <br />Washingron and/or Washington State Energy Code 1997 Edition, unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings retlecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />Provide lateral analysis prepared by a licensed Wa. St. Structural Engineer. <br />Analysis shall be for eicher an 8' or 10' door. <br />2. Provide design prepared by a licensed Wa.
