If the house had been vandalized, <br />I would have stepped in. <br />In observing the structure there appears to be no structural strc;;s <br />at this time. Sagging or -loping in a structure indicate deterio- <br />ration of structural members and foundation. <br />During the inspection today I noted some wood rot on the exterior <br />that should be replaced. The exterior is deteriorating from lack <br />of maintenance. 2 saw no signs of rodent infestation and there <br />were two garbage cans next to the fence with tight fitting lids. <br />The house is occupied and Feing worked on at this time.
