J
y
February 17, 1999
Alan Bowes
2110 Virginia Ave.
Everett, WA 98201
RE: EXPIRING PERMITS
Job Address: 2110 Virginia Ave.
Permits: C57659 (Building & Plumbing for duplex remodel)
E57660 (Electrical upgrade)
According to our records there has been no request for inspection in the last 180 days. I have
eaclosed copies of the last inspections showing requested corrections. The Uniform Building
Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized by the permit is
suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If
you wish to prevent the permits from expiring without documentation of completion, you
may:
1) Request inspections of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress,
or 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed,
or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension.
Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records
Department for microfilming without final approval. If you believe our records are in error
or if you have questions, please call us at (425) 257-8810.
Sincerely,
IAJorpJG
Margaret McLeod
Building Division
CITY OF EVEREM 3200 Cedar Street • Everett, WA 98201 • (206) 257-8800 • Fax (206) 257-8856
