We would appreciate your <br />assistance in clarifying the status of this pcnnit. If you have decided not to do this project at this <br />time, please let us know so we can clear the record. The Everett Building Code states that all <br />permits expire if the work authorized by the permits is suspended or abandoned for a period of <br />180 days after the work is commenced. Work under this permit will no longer be authorized <br />unless you: <br />t) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time your permit file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without documentation of final approval. These records are <br />available to prospective buyers and lending institutions. If you wish to resume work in the <br />future, a new permit trust be obtained.
