Box 1051 <br />Everett, Washington 98206 <br />Gentlemen: <br />This will certify that an inspection of the dwelling located at <br />2117 Virginia was made by the Housing Inspection Division and the <br />structure meets the minimum requirements of the Uniform Building <br />Code, Volume III except an noted below. <br />Plumbing: <br />1. Test plug should be removed from base of 4" stack and a <br />cleanout installed. <br />2. Bath tub is not vented. <br />3. Clothes washer waste is not trapped or vented. <br />Electrical: <br />1. Service is inadequate. <br />2. Kitchen end aining areas need two utility circuits. <br />Additional outlets needed in the kitchen at north and west <br />counter space, and north nook wall. <br />3. Dining room leafs outlets on north, east, and south walls. <br />4. Living room needs additional outlets on north, west,and south <br />walls. <br />5. Back bedroom outlet needed on south wall. <br />6. check bathroom cutlet and light for grounding. <br />7. Washing machine to be on separate circuit. <br />8. Correct wiring in the basement that is in code violation such <br />as open splices in romex. <br />
