There are frayed wires han9ing from the dining room wall. <br />2 <br />3 <br />The lighting fixtures hanging from the ceilings on rope wires <br />must be changed to approved fixtures. <br />There has been a circuit breaker installed without required <br />permits or inspections. It is considered illegal. <br />Information on electrical permits to accomplish this work may be obtained <br />from the Building Inspection Department, 259-8745, and all corrections <br />must meet the present National El�ctrical Code. Upon completion of the <br />corrective work and after the final inspection is made by the Duilding <br />Inspection Department Electrical Inspector, please call the Housing <br />Inspector, 259-8745, for your Housing Code Compliance Certification. <br />Yours truly, <br />L.
