Section 303(b) of the Uniform <br />Building Code provides that permits expire by limitation and become null <br />and void if work authorized by the permit is suspended or does not commence <br />for a period of 180 days. The Code also requires final inspection prior <br />to occupancy for all permits issued, and it is the responsibility of the <br />permit holder to call for the necessary inspections. <br />If you wish to recommence work you may reneW your permit at no cost for an <br />additional 180 day period by submitting a vritten request to this office. <br />Tl�e renewal request must reach us by 9-8-90 If the work <br />has been completed you may call for a final inspection before 9-8-90 . <br />Permits that have been neither finaled nor extended by 9-8-90 will <br />be retired. To renew the permit or obtain an inspection will then require <br />the payment of a fee. <br />You may mail or deliver written requests to our office at 3200 Cedar Street, <br />Everett, WA 98201.
