Provide section through entire building showing sufficient detail to <br />indicate construction and to show ceiling heights in living spaces. <br />11. Nabitable spaces shall have a ceiling height of not less than 7 feet 6 <br />inches except as otherwise permitted in this section (Section 1207, <br />UBC.) <br />If any room in a building has a sloping ceiling, the prescribed ceiling <br />heigtit (7'6") for the room is required in only one-half the area <br />thereof. No portion of the room measuring l.:ss than 5 feet from the <br />finished floor to the finished ceiling shall be included in any <br />computation of the minimum area thereof. <br />Habitable rooms except kitchens shall have an area of not less than 70 <br />square feet. <br />12. Provide safety glazing in hazardous locations as defined in Section <br />5406, UBC (shower enclosurej. <br />13.
