The proposal is consistent with the variance criteria of the City of Everett. <br />Based upon the preceding findings of facts and conclusions and based upon the materials <br />submitted to the Hearing Examiner by the Applicant and the City of Everett, it is hereby <br />ordered that the requested mo�jification to variance #12-94 is approved to allow a 36" x 60" <br />platform/porch lift adjacent and south of the west exit porch of the building on the subject <br />property.
