Althouqh the <br />"street and related improvements" mentioned in the covenant have <br />not teen installed along Vista Place, we must recommend the release <br />of the covenant. A statute enacted in 198II, RCW 35.43.192, <br />established a maximum ten-year effective term for LID covenants; <br />and since the convenant is more than ten years old, we must <br />consider it null and void. <br />For this reason, we recommend the official release of the LID <br />covenant for 4913 Vista Place. If you concur with my <br />recommendation, nlease sign and return the attached release at your <br />earliest convenience.
