It is the City's intent to <br />begin the applicable monthly sewer service charge, currently $38.40 per month for a <br />sin�le family residence, if this c��arge has not already been started. <br />A sewer connection to the City of EveretYs public sewer system requires payment of <br />various fees. These connection fees vary by home size, commercial type, and <br />outstanding area bond and/or latecomer charges. This letter is intended for the current <br />owner of the lisied property.
