Narrative Statement for Lot Status Request <br />Tax Acrount #362904-4-084-0002 <br />As near as can be determined from an examination of Title records, including the <br />Plat book, this is a cronological history of the lot in question: <br />I. M/M Younce obtained an undivided portion of land in 1946 (1) <br />2. Younce sold the SE corner of #1 above (now account N4-014) in 1955, (2) <br />3. Younce filed the Younce Addition in 1960 which effectively seperated the eastern <br />portion of the land described in $1 above.(3) <br />4. Younce soli account lls 4-089, 4-008 and 4-084 6 4-091 (not yet segregated) to <br />Bellevue Investments LTD in 1976. (4) <br />5. Bellevue sold 4-084 6 4-091 (not yet segregated) to Melum and Smith Const. <br />in July of 1978. (5) <br />6. Melum and Smith sold what is now 4-084 (the lot in question) to ,iohn and Irma <br />Bode on August 24, 1978. (6) <br />7. Melum and Smith sold what is now 4-091 to David "mith and Theresa Bly on Sept. <br />20, 1978. (7) <br />8. Bode sold to Todd and Susan Kutches on Jan. 25, 1990. (8) <br />9. Kutches sold to Grc Homes on Aug. 19, 1997. (9) <br />10. Grc applied for a building permit, believing he had a legal lot.
