WASHINGTON <br />A complaint was received in Planning on March 13, 1970. <br />Frank Woltring made an Inspection and found that the existing carport <br />was being closed in and a new carport and storage area was being <br />constructed to the South. The new carport oid not comply with the <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br />R. 1 Zone requires a six Foot setback from the side property line. <br />The new carport was being placed very close to the property line. <br />The owner was notified to discontinue work until he had the necessary <br />Building Permit and contact the Planning! Department about zoning <br />regulations. <br />
