Good <br />_ (address)4712 West View Drivp F. r tt <br />for (specific variance requested) <br />To construct a carport to within two (2) feet of the South side <br />property line. <br />on.the following described property: <br />Lot 21, View Acres Division No. 2. <br />AND; WRFR',EAS, (datc)April 6, 1UP fixed as the date of hearing on said <br />application and proper notice having been given as required by law <br />AND; WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said date and the Board of <br />Adjustment, after reviewing all testimony, made the findings that; <br />1. Original design should have taken into consideration the need <br />for a double carport or garage. <br />2. Any hardship that is existing is self-imposed as the original <br />carport space rather than'being enclosed could have been <br />utilized to gain access to adequate parking at the rear of <br />the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foregoing findings: <br />BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT that said application <br />be.
