NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett does <br />hereby order that the variance of 512" instead of the 6' sideyard and 2'8-1/2" <br />Instead of 3'6-1/2" for eaves overhang be GRANTED and further require the <br />applicant to meet the following conditions. <br />1. Obtain all necessary Building Permits to complete the structure. <br />2.
