View Dr. <br />Dear Mr. Fawcett: <br />In response to your request, we are granting a 180 day extension for the above referenced <br />permit. This permit will remain valid until September 27, 1997. If work is begun within that <br />time period, the permit may be maintained in an active status by requesting inspection at least <br />once each 180 days to document progress. If work ceases for more than 180 days, the permit <br />will expire; the Uniform Building Code stipulates that no permit shall be extended more than <br />once. This extension does not allow for any change in scope of the project. <br />Your note also indicated you wanted an inspeaion to advise what additional work necds to be <br />done. Because t6e inspectors arrange their own inspection schedules, I cannot schedule an <br />inspection time for you. Please call our office at 259-8810 benveen 7:30 and 830 a.m. and <br />speak to inspector Ken Jackson to schedule a time for a"consultation" inspeccion.
