The first one would be to evaluate the City's case on the bnsis of a 7.oning violation. Assuming there existed a sufticient basis, the City �vould issue a criminal citation for violating the City's Zoning Code by operating a business in a residentially zoned area. In order to do this, we need stntements from you setting forth in detail the dates you went out to the location in question, the substance of any com•ersstion you have had with Mr. Gello.vay, a description ot what you've seen at the location in question and ivhen you saw it, and nny complaints the City has received concerning this matter. ALso, pleuse provide us with some pictures. The second elternative would be for lhe City Clerk to revoke/suspend Galloway's business license for violating the terms of the license. In order to accomplish this, the City Clerk would have to afford Galloway the right to a hearing with nn appeal to City Council. But even before doing this, this office needs the information set forth under the first alternative. But before reaching a decision on the apprcr^iate course of action, pleese contact Mr. Galloway and find out from him the recson for his noncomplience.
