A subsequent inspection ot your residence reveeled that not only had you failed to remove the requisite items from your property, but you had actually ii.creased the amount of impe�missible materiel on your property. It hes also been brought to my attention that you have not paid your buginess and occupation tax for the first, second end third querters of 1982. S[nce you have not tim ely paid, you are essessed a penelty in accordence with EMC 3.24.150. This penelty is due in addition to the tax whtch hae not been paid. According to EMC 5.04.080 end EMC 3.24.070 your business license can be revoked for failing to comply with the requirements of the City's Zoning Code, Ltcensing Code and Business end Occupation Code. In addition, tailing to comply with the conditiona o[ the respective codes constitutes a misdemeanor punishable by a maximum tine of ;500 and six months imprisonment.
