The structure, in its present condition, has become a Uarbor for <br />vagrants. <br />2. The atructure eaists and is maintained in violation of specific <br />requireaenta applicable to such atructurea as provided for by the <br />building regulations of the City of Everett as specified in the <br />Building Code and/or Housing Code. <br />3.
