Tucker, Everett Police <br />Department, concerning broken windows at the Monte Cristo <br />Hotel, an inspection of the building was made by Douglas Sudden, <br />, Fire Marshal Cooper, and Officer Rasmussen on April 25, 1975. <br />; They found the building open to the public and readily accessible <br />! through the west entrance. In addition the buildinq showed <br />� signs of occupancy by transients and vandals. <br />Mr. Ed t�7artin, who in the past has acted as agent for the <br />owners, was contacted by telephone and he stated that it is <br />imposs3.ble for him to keep the place closed. <br />Oa April 29, 1975, Mr. M. Griffin, who is apparently the only <br />active shareholder, was contacted by telephone and he appeared <br />willing to cooperate with the city and would like to discuss <br />the matter with the Building Official. No further action was <br />taken at this time. <br />
