<br />and accessibility situation of elderly and handicapped persons i.n
<br />�verett, with special emphasis on �aheelchair users and semi-

<br />The Administ-ration has instructed tne Park Department to clean up
<br />the qrounds around the Monte Cristo Hotel, and City departments
<br />to dress up the building.

<br />foreclosure sale, and the City bid in the amount of their lien
<br />and are now in an owner.ship position, subject to the Snohomish
<br />County property tax. 13rad spoke of the right of redemption which
<br />allows a previous owner to return within 2 years and pay the taxes,
<br />lien, interest and costs, thereby redeeming the building, taking
