Application for la�vful establisliinent of such <br />use requires thc svUmission of a set of exact f1oo� plans drawn to a <br />scale of not less tha�i one-eiglitli inch (1 /8") to tlie foot, and inclnding <br />ilie location of all present and proposed p]umbiug, heating and clectrical <br />installations and gas appl.iances; tlie sizc and location of windo�vs, doors, <br />exits, and light and ventilating wells.
