Improper Occupancy Sec. H-1001 (0) U R C Vol III <br />'3uilding is being used in a manner other tlian show�n <br />in the permit records of the Building Department and in such <br />a way as presently to make these premises unsafe for <br />hwna�i ]iabitation. Five slecping rooms ]lave recently been <br />modificd to housekeeping room occupancy Uy the addition <br />of hotplate-sink units �vhich have been encrgized without <br />a permit. These units have been pluggcd into outlets which are <br />not groundcd a�td are connected to tlie formcr Uasin pluuibi�ig <br />whicli is inadequate for kitcl�en sink units. Moreover, by <br />definition, a hotel is a building containing no cooking facilitics <br />in guest living quarters. <br />See Chapter 4, Sea II-401, U. R. C.
