There can be two off street parking spaces on the <br />front of the property. <br />3. lie would like to set a precedence so fifty foot lots <br />in the future could provide six off street parking stalls. <br />There was no futher comment and no opposition from the audience. <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering all <br />the facts and testimony it was moved by Mr. Russell, seconded <br />by Mr. Berg, and unanimously carried to deny the applicants' <br />request as it does not meet all the requirements of Section <br />19.70.060 of the Everett Municipal Code, Paragraphs 1,2, and 3. <br />A hearing was held on the application of Michael Brantly, 3115 <br />Russell Way, Alderwood Manor, WA., 98036, for a variance from <br />Section 19.16.030 of the Everett Municipal Code, Minimum Lot <br />Size and Width, for permission to build a single family dwelling <br />on a lot that is 37-� feet in width rather than the code <br />requirement of fifty (50) feet and 4,500 square feet in lot area <br />rather than the code minimum of 5,000 square feet. <br />Legal Description: Lots 10, 11, 12, 13 Block 284 Hilton's 2nd <br />Addition <br />Address: Approximately 1411 - 1417 Virginia Avenue <br />zoning: R-2 Single Family High Density Residence <br />Mr. Brantly represented himself and had nothing further to add to <br />his application. <br />There was no opposition from the audience. <br />The Board asked Mr. Brantly what hardbbip existed other than <br />economic. Mr. Brantly replied the hardshio was the physical labor <br />it takes to maintain an extra large yard. <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering all <br />the facts it was moved by Mr. Berg, seconded by Mr. Kristiansen <br />and unanimously carried to deny the applicants' request as it does <br />not meet all the requirements of Section 19.70.060 of the Everett <br />Municipal Code. <br />A hearing was held on the application of Goldie Erickson, <br />1801 Wall Street, Everett, WA, 98201 for a variance from <br />Section 19.40.020 of the Everett Municipal Code, Off Street <br />Parking for permission to provide one off street parking <br />stall for every eight hundred square feet of gross floor <br />area rather than the city code requirement of one off street <br />J parking space every four hundred square feet of gross floor <br />t area for a proposed office building. <br />(z ) <br />
