The City of Everett Planning and Community Development Director has <br />found the building which is located on th- above described property to <br />be in violation of the Uniform Housing Code. The following <br />deficiencies render the building to be substandard and/or dangerous <br />pursuant to Section 1001 of the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1801 WALL STREET <br />1. All vital systems, electrical, plumbing and heating have been <br />destroyed. <br />2. Windows have been broken out. <br />3. Doors have been destroyed. <br />4. There is no protection for the interior of the building from the <br />elements. <br />5. The roof is deteriorated. <br />6. The exterior of the building lacks protection from the elements. <br />7. There is deterioration and rot on the front porch. <br />8. The property is overgrown with vegetation. <br />9. The building is being used by transients. <br />10. The building is oper to the public and is a hazardous nuisance to <br />the health, safety and welfare of the public and an attracti•ie <br />hazardous nuisance ;o inquisitive minors. <br />II. The above described building shall either be repaired in accordance <br />with the current Building Code or demolished. <br />III. Since the builling is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall <br />remain vacant until such time as the building is repaired in accordance <br />with the present Uniform Building Code or demolished. <br />-2- <br />
