These conditions are considered sufficient to declare the <br />buildings to be substandard and/or dangerous. <br />Some of the deficiencies noted are listed on the enclosed report. The <br />deficiencies are sufficient to cause the buildings to be posted "Illegal to <br />Occupy." Since the buildings are uninhabitable in their present condition, <br />they shall remain vacant until such time as they are repaired in accordance <br />with the current building Code or demolished. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy these conditions.
