Bob indicated that the place was in <br />pretty bad condition and the Mayor asked if something could be done about it. <br />Upon inspecting the house and the one directly west of it, I proceeded to post <br />both buildings "Illegal to Occupy." A copy of the posting is enclosed. Also <br />enclosed is an inter -departmental "Notice of Posting" which advises other <br />departments of my action. Once this Notice reaches Utility Billing, the water <br />service for that building is discontinued until the building is demolished or <br />rehabilitated.
